Common questions

Do points expire?
Points are valid for 18 months from the date earned. Upload at least one receipt every 18 months to keep your balance active.
Can I use points for cash?
No. Playr Points are redeemable for discounts on youth sports services only. They have no cash value.
How fast are receipts verified?
Most receipts are verified within 24 hours. We manually review every submission to ensure accuracy.
Can I earn on purchases I already made?
Yes — during beta you can upload receipts from the past 90 days to immediately start building your balance.
Does the Playr Rate stack with redemptions?
Yes. Your 10% Playr Rate is always on. Point redemptions stack on top of it, up to a combined maximum of 50%.
Can multiple kids earn on one account?
Yes. Add multiple children to your account and track spending by sport and child separately.
What if a trainer is unavailable to redeem?
If a PlayrFirst Partner is unavailable when you try to redeem, contact support@playrfirst.com and we will make it right.
