Common questions
Do points expire?
Points are valid for 18 months from the date earned. As long as you upload at least one receipt every 18 months your points stay active.
Can I use points for cash?
No. Playr Points are redeemable for discounts on sports services — training sessions, camps, travel, and events. They have no cash value.
How fast are receipts verified?
Most receipts are verified within 24 hours. We manually review every submission to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
Can I earn points for purchases I already made?
Yes — during beta you can upload receipts from the past 90 days to start building your balance immediately.
What if a trainer rejects my points?
If you have a negative experience with a Playr partner trainer we will make it right. Contact hello@playrpoints.com.
Can multiple kids earn on the same account?
Yes. You can add multiple children to your account and track spending by sport and child separately.
